Dubai Real Estate Service Providers

Dubai's RERA claims that as of May 4th, 2008, there are 710 Developers. 1560 projects registered, 476 have trust accounts.

There are 1487 registered brokerage offices and 2909 registered agent. They claim there are about 6k plus in reality.

In July they will introduce a land presale system that will allow off plan property transactions to go through a registration system in the Land Department. It will link information with the trust accounts and is compatible with the title deed system. It can print contracts, transfer information, and links with financing avenues.
